Stillgarden Distillery is a multi-award-winning independent modern Irish spirits distillery and visitors' centre based in Dublin 8. They grow and locally forage ingredients in their community gardens, respecting tradition and provenance while looking to the future. Stillgarden Distillery produces a range of unique spirits, including Ireland’s only Amaro, aperitifs, liqueurs, and the first community-sourced gin in Ireland.
