Olly’s Farm, a multi-award-winning honey farm in the Dublin mountains, started as a single hive in 2012 and now has over 300 hives across 18 apiaries. It produces 100% local raw honey from beehives in South Dublin and North Wicklow. All honey sold is made by Olly’s bees, without buying or selling honey from others.
