Chimac produces three Korean-inspired sauces in 350ml and 150ml sizes. In 2019, Sofie Rooney and Garret opened Chimac restaurant in Dublin 2, offering a menu inspired by Korea's fried chicken culture, where the sauces' recipes originated. Tested on numerous visitors to the fast-casual dining establishment, these bold condiments feature traditional Korean flavors like gochujang and doenjang, combined with fresh Irish ingredients, suitable for marinades, cooking, drizzling, or dipping.
