Maria Lucia Bakes

Maria’s inspiration for her business came from a friend with coeliac disease who told her about their struggle to find high quality gluten free foods. Maria soon discovered that there was a gap in the market for a high quality, hand baked gluten free cereal and so, decided to start making her own and selling at her local farmers markets. The response was phenomenal and so the business grew.

Maria’s range has grown over the years and now includes a range of award winning gluten free granolas, porridge, muesli and cookies. Their most well known granolas include cashew, almond and cinnamon and cranberry, coconut and chia seed.

A range of the products are available to purchase in Ireland and internationally retailers, health stores and online websites.
