Erica started Homespun after becoming conscious of the link between the food we eat and how we feel. Erica started taking recipes and giving them a nutritious twist and while searching for a light and healthy granola, she created their Quinoa Crunch. Full of grains, nuts and seeds and naturally sweetened, it is pure whole foods indulgence.

Homespun’s mission is to create moments where we slow down for just a minute and savour food that is both nourishing and delicious.
