Young entrepreneur and experienced Chef Conor Sweeny created and developed @dae.icecream, with the intenion of making a significant and lasting impact on the Irish food industry. Dae Ice Cream is a premium Non-Dairy Ice Cream and are Ireland's first and only vegan, gluten-free and nut-free Non-Dairy ice cream. Their mission is to provide high-end restaurant quality non-dairy ice cream to the consumer through Dae Icec Cream, while sourcing the freshest and most sustainable ingredients wherever possible. Everything is made from scratch in their allergen free commercial kitchen in Dublin and their packaging is 100% recyclable, plastic free, and printed in Ireland. You can find Leamhain’s premium plant-based ice cream sandwiches in the freezer aisle of Supervalu's, Independent stores and cafes across the Republic of Ireland.

Dae Icec Cream also have a Scoop Shop located in St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre first floor food court. Here they offer 5 flavours to choose from which change on a regular basis. Flavours you can expect include Cookies & Cream, Honeycomb, Salted Caramel Cookie Dough and Raspberry Ripple to name a few.
