Sofie Rooney and Garret FitzGerald are the masterminds behind Chimac - a restaurant and a sauce company. Chimac’s food and sauces are inspired by Korean cuisine and a trip the couple took to the country back in 2016. Chimac originated in Dublin in 2019 dishing out Crispy Korean fried chicken and has boomed since, now creating their delicious Sauces for everyone to enjoy at home.

The sauces can be used on pretty much anything from sandwiches to marinating meats. Chimac currently produce three sauces - Korean BBQ, Korean Hot Sauce and Sriracha Caramel.

The sauces are a unique take on traditional sauces and undoubtedly delicious.
