Harry’s Nut Butter

Harry’s Nut Butter started out life in The Fumbally café in Dublin 8 where Harry had worked since 2015. During his time there, he came up with the original Harry’s Nut Butter. It’s a peanut butter that’s slightly sweet, kind of salty, a little bit spicy and incredible on toast, drizzled over roast veg or even blitzed into a soup. The range has now expanded to include an extra hot version, a sweet hazelnut, cocoa and coffee version and smooth peanut butter.

Maria soon discovered that there was a gap in the market for a high quality, hand baked gluten free cereal and so, decided to start making her own and selling at her local farmers markets. The response was phenomenal and so the business grew.

Chimac’s food and sauces are inspired by Korean cuisine and a trip the couple took to the country back in 2016.
