Eat the Streets is an annual food festival that celebrates local food culture, sustainable eating, and community engagement. The festival emphasises the importance of locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on the environment and reducing food waste. It features live cooking demonstrations, food tastings, workshops, and discussions led by chefs, food producers, and sustainability advocates.

Join us for this short informative and engaging session, where you'll leave equipped with practical tips and strategies to kickstart your food and drink venture. Whether you're dreaming of launching a unique product or expanding an existing idea, this talk will provide the guidance you need to take the next step with confidence. Note if you are within 24 months of having already started out you will also benefit from this event.
This talk will be delivered by James Burke the Network Manager of Dublin Food Chain. James has over 20 years’ experience is assisting producers starting their business.
