With over 16 years of experience at Glenilen Farm, Avril has been a pivotal force in driving the company's marketing and innovation efforts. Starting as the first commercial hire in Alan and Valerie Kingston’s kitchen table, Avril played a crucial role in accessing key accounts and establishing the marketing function. Today, she focuses exclusively on marketing and innovation.
Before joining Glenilen Farm, Avril gained valuable experience in the B2B channel at Glanbia, where she worked for six years, starting as a graduate in Ballyragget and later joining the Glanbia Nutritionals team. This was followed by a two-year tenure at Cuisine de France, further honing her skills in the food industry.
A native of Cork, Avril also holds a BSc. in Food Business from University College Cork (UCC). Avril will share her tips and advice in relation to brand
