Packaging has become a significant challenge and opportunity for many Irish producers over the last decade. This Dublin Food Chain event will pull together a selection of industry experts who will exhibit packaging at the event and we will hear from an innovative line up of speakers on the topic.
This event is being led by LEO South Dublin and will be held in Tallaght Stadium.

Stephen has spent 29 years in Dublin’s print industry and has extensive experience in the sector including being a graduate of the Bolton St School of Printing. He now works for Esmark Finch, who have a specific focus on the food and retail markets where there digital production work flow allows them to deliver on demand, low volume to high volume supply with short lead times and no plate set up charges. Stephen will share his industry knowledge and tips to producers at different stages on their journey.

As Sustainability Manager for Bunzl Ireland, Diana leads the sustainability and CSR work for the Bunzl businesses in Ireland. Diana is a former Bord Bia Origin Green Ambassador and has worked on sustainability projects for blue chip companies like Coca-Cola and Mars Chocolate as well as leading the food sustainability programme for Google’s award winning Food Programme for a number of years prior to joining Bunzl.

Philip comes from a large retail and foodservice background working in the industry for over 30 years and is very aware that food producers are prompted to do more by retailers to change to compostable packaging before the European legislation deadline. Philip now works with Zeus packaging, an Irish owned packaging company.

Jenni is a leading packaging expert and has worked in collaboration with Interbrand as lead Group Creative Director on behalf of Musgraves for the creation and development of the Supervalu and Centra own brands. This included being part of a senior steering group on best practice for Fresh and Ambient Packaging from an innovation, strategic, sustainable perspective. In addition she collaborated with Leading UK Government agencies such as Wrap UK in relation to food messaging, innovation, packaging formats and strategies.
