3 New Own Door Food Units at Drinan Enterprise Center

The Centre has three units of 53sq metres each. The units are fitted-out to comply with HSE and EHO standards. The units are shell only. Tenant businesses will need to have their own equipment. Drinan is now seeking expressions of interest from small food businesses interested in locating at the centre. If you wish to be considered for one of these units please forward an up-to-date business plan and completed expression of interest form (attached) to me by 1st May 2015 declanryan@leo.fingal.ie . This is a competitive process. The Board of Drinan Enterprise Centre together with the Fingal Local Enterprise Office will be carrying out a selection process in early May to select three food businesses with growth potential to occupy these new units. The monthly costs for the unit are as follows:

Licence Fee: €760 + Vat
Rates: €93 estimate (Vat exempt)
Management Charge: €30 + Vat
Total Monthly Cost before Vat is €883
